About the Role

StudyAdelaide is searching for an Executive Assistant in a full-time role, to support their Chief Executive. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing and professional team and make a valuable contribution to StudyAdelaide’s operational plan.

The Executive Assistant delivers a suite of services with initiative and confidentiality. You will be managing correspondence, preparing briefing papers and background information for meetings and presentations, maintaining oversight of the CE’s scheduled activities, and will often be the go-to person for a range of enquiries.

You will be a focal point for a range of activities in this busy and successful organisation. Happy to juggle multiple tasks, your warm and friendly manner, and your ability to prioritise, think ahead, and deliver outcomes, will assure your success.

StudyAdelaide is a public corporation formed in 1998 to promote Adelaide as a leading destination for international students and ensure that international students in South Australia feel welcomed and supported through a post-arrival student and community engagement program.

The organisation’s stakeholders and members include South Australian education providers’ actively recruiting international students, and local, state and Commonwealth government agencies

The position is subject to Child-Related Employment Screening, a pre-employment declaration and up-to-date COVID vaccination status.
