Academic – At least Year 12 Equivalent to Australian standards or/and Certificate level qualification from Australia or/and Life experiences and background of relevant work (to be supported by resume and interview and referrals)
CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction develops your knowledge to the level where you can learn how to plan and supervise construction sites, prepare costs and administer the contract and manage residential construction sites, using current building codes and standards, understand the legal requirements to Class1 to 10 to a maximum of two-story and Class 2 to 9 Type C constructions, overseeing work and liaising with clients from start to finish.
Duration
52 weeks over 4 terms, including breaks and holidays. This Blended (Face to face + Online) course is delivered over 2.5 days.

This course is delivered in a blended ( face to face + online ) environment and includes structured learning activities including theory, group discussions, case studies, presentations, role plays, research, projects, workplace simulated activities, and written assessments
